Frequently asked questions
How much does diagnostics cost?
If we do the repair after diagnostics, it's free. If you decide not to repair, you only pay 500 Kč as per the price list.
What warranty do you give?
Hardware work is covered for 3–6 months depending on the repair type. The warranty is confirmed in writing.
How long does a repair take?
Cleaning or a system install is usually done the same day, in 2–3 hours. Complex board repair takes from two days; we give the exact deadline after diagnostics.
Will my files survive?
During a system reinstall we keep and migrate your data. Before complex repairs we make a backup on request — files never leave the workshop.
Do you come to homes or offices?
Yes, we travel across Prague — the call-out is charged. For software problems we can also help remotely.
Do I need an appointment?
Walk in on weekdays 8:00–17:00, or book a slot online — free during working hours. Weekends by arrangement.
